To be fair he only threw 26 pitches. Assuming he ices it up and the swelling doesn't get too bad, he should be available for an all hands on deck game 6 or possibly even game 5 if it goes to extras.

Too many pitchers rush the warmup coming in for an injured pitcher. Need to take the time that is allotted, which isn’t the standard pitching change amount. (I’m 95% certain injury substitution rules haven’t been changed in the rule book.)
