Arcia should have gone to 3rd on the slow grounder from Farmer and Braun should have thrown to the home cut off man and the Reds would have 1 run right now

Wake up, offense! Time for that fifth Yelich home run.

How in the hell have we allowed this team to tie us? LOL, Brewers.

LOL Brewers what......

Were you not around the last two years when the team was 40 games over 500 and was within one game of the World Series. Stop acting like we are a joke of some sort, It’s depressing.

That whooping is really getting annoying.

I complain about it every year in this forum. It's prominent in Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia in late innings.

Moose looks like he is playing softball and can't get a handle on the giant ball

As grisly as he's looked at 2nd base, I'm gonna give him a pass on that, with it being 30-some degrees tonight. Gotta be hard to get a good handle on the ball on a quick exchange like that.

Is that a tougher play based on the cold? I'm not sure since I don't have much cold baseball experience, but the throw from Arcia wasn't that hard

This one's on the offense at this point. Let's get some runs!

Yep, score early, then go into hibernation. 2017 all over again. I suppose its better than last year, where they didn't score early a lot of the time too.

Not a LOT tougher, but yeah. A cold ball will be really slick and harder to get a good grip on, especially if you're doing a quick exchange from glove to throwing hand.

Yes. It is a tougher play in the cold. Your body doesn’t move well in it and it’s harder to get a grip on the baseball. Very slick when cold.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Braun throwing home was inexcusable. I actually think he wasn't paying attention and just habitually threw into second.

I think Braun just likes to try to show off the gun now and again.

I guess, but I think his main problem is not having his feet set when he is receiving the ball. Trying to be too quick, reminds me off when Carlos Gomez could never get a bunt down before he started running to first

COme on, Brauny. Crush one. Launch angle.

We had a shot to put this one away in the 1st inning and couldn't do it. Grandal starting at strike 3 with 2nd and 3rd and 1 out where a routine flyball makes it 4-3 right now is the AB that really hurt us.

I don't buy the body doesn't move wellaspect, when you are in the game you are warmed up and feel fine, I can attest to this based on plenty of cold football playing

Well, the run of goose eggs after the 1st I think may be more to blame.

You may not buy it but no matter what you’re doing your muscles move better when it’s 75 and sunny than they do when it’s 35-40 and windy.

I'm hoping Claudio is only in for the lefty Votto here...

Doesn't matter what inning you get them in, gotta get 'em when you can, even if it is in bunches. That was our shot.
