One thing I have noticed .... in the few starts that Pina gets, it seems like we get better performances from the starting pitching. Is it a pitch calling thing? It's just odd.

Probably, but I'm watching this one. The opinion that other teams "do it to" has nothing to do with my observation. This offense sucks right now. They won't suck all season and will have brilliant stretches, but they suck right now.

It seems odd to me that they wouldn't leave him out there for his typical starter's pitch count. He seemed to be pitching just fine.

Miracle this team is even above .500. They are absolutely garbage. With a more human Yelich and Hader not unhittable they are bottom of the barrel.

 

Guys need to step up or the losses are going to pile up real quick.
