Taking Kikuchi out after 2 innings yesterday becomes more relevant now....

Berrios is gonna have to stay in there and probably pitch at least 3-4 innings today.

I hope Chi Chi can give us at least five innings today & exit the game with a comfortable lead

Toronto has a great offense & this one is still early

I'm hoping with a 5 run lead he can settle in a little bit and just focus on throwing strikes a little bit more.

Actually had to look up who we sent to Toronto for Rowdy.  Trevor Richards and Bowden Francis.  Bowden actually made 1 appearance this year pitching 2/3 of an inning out of the pen.  Has an 8.22 ERA in AAA this year.

Every inning they get out of Chi Chi just feels like a minor miracle.  I know he's just a bad pitcher, and not a gawdawful pitcher, but for some reason it just feels like a huge sigh of relief when he gets through an inning scoreless.

Good trade … maybe better than Urius & Lauer from SD

What is the story with this big glove thing?

I'm gonna bump your question up because I too want to know what is with the big glove...

Jack Flaherty just left the Cubs-Cardinals game after 2 innings with a shoulder injury...

That is a big deal.

I know it’s the smallest of sample sizes, but Davis has been an improvement.  Winning on the margins

Small sample size but a lot to like so far.

Pretty sound mechanics at the plate.

Chi Chi Gonzalez has started two games for the Brewers, with Jack Flaherty and Jose Berrios the opposing pitchers.

He has lasted longer than each of them did in the game.

Flaherty reminds me of Jimmy Belson with Brewers

One good season … talented but always injured

Just looked....didn't know he had Tommy John and is likely out for the year. Snake bit career with injuries.
