Lauer has the Power!  He turns bats sour!

Luis is the best Urias!

Julio is the least Urias!

Rooting Brewers over Dodgers frees us!

CC's birthday is OVER, but the Brewers are OVERcomers!  Dodgers fans will be glummers!

The Dodgers probably feel like they had their stinker of a series last week when they only scored 13 runs while splitting 4 games with the Brewers.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I’m thinking more get swept by the Pirates bad, or actually lose a series, which they haven’t done in a while.

Win or lose there’s a 100 % chance I’m not finding out until the morning.  Hopefully I wake up to good news

That will be me too. If it’s competitive I might give it to 11 PM but no way I’ll be up for the finish.

Just look at that Dodger line-up.  Anyone thinks that we can compete with that line-up come playoff time is whacko.

Yelich batting third was not on my bingo card for tonight

It's probably because of that one time, a couple weeks ago, he hit a homer.  Either that or because he has been so hot as of late.

Another fantastic lineup vs a lefty today.  I would question Counsel but I doubt lineup decisions are solely his decision.  For some reason, management thinks its a good idea to have Huira play vs lefties and not righties even though all data shows the opposite.

Once we lost that last game to cardinals a week ago I thought we’d be down 5 games by the time we were done with the dodgers.   I was wrong.  It’s going to be worse than that

Hiura should be playing every game.   I don’t care who’s pitching.   He’s actually hit against lefties lately

Montgomery with a complete game 1 hitter and Pujols with another HR as the Cards win 1-0.

The final out should have been interference by the pitcher as he ran into the baseline right in front of the runner impeding him.  Not sure why the Cubs didn't challenge that.

I completely hate Pujols and I believe he got away with a positive PED test because his levels were not as high back in 2011.

It's inexplicable and it's either PEDs or Devil Magic.

But he’s such a prince of a guy (his ex-wife just left the chat).

I’m about to the point of vomiting reading all the fawning over the great Albert Pujols. He has a few (very suspicious) weeks where he’s tearing the cover off the ball after being a dumpster fire for the last half decade.

But he’s “doing it purely for the love of the game.” He’s “not chasing 700 on purpose. If it happens, it happens.”

Right. His last five years of being paid boatloads of cash to OPS .700 has been all about his love of the game. ?

There are three things America will be known for 2000 years from now when they study this civilization: the Constitution, jazz music and baseball. They're the three most beautifully designed things this culture has ever produced. Gerald Early
