Looks like Lauer may be coming out soon with an injury of some type.

Just what the Brewers need with the DH coming up tomorrow.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Take solace. We have Jeferson Quero in our system. Catching man god.

How did he round this performance out? Calling a game-ending strike three off-speed pitch pleasing Meeker greatly.

Perheps they'll call up another AAAA reliver or two for the DH tomorrow?

Pablo Reyes put up nothing but 0s.

The Brewers pitchers seem to think putting on lots of baserunners isn't an issue.  Sure if you watch the Brewers offense you would think that baserunners lead to faster outs, but they are pitching to good offenses (not the Brewers).

Let Perdomo throw until his arm falls off and then ship him out and being in two new arms tomorrow.

8 pitches and no runs. Perdomo is looking up!

McCutchen is done imo. Can't even crush lefties anymore like he's supposed to. Can't wait for next season when we're rid of his and Cain's contracts. Hopefully Stearns learned his lesson about signing aging outfielders, especially with Frelick, Wiemer, Mitchell, Ruiz all waiting in the wings. Let's go with upside moving forward.

McCutchen has effectively been done for four years now. There will still be another team out there throwing way too much money at him next year.

Last year he was one of the best hitters in baseball against LHP. If he had replicated that this season, we may not be talking about our struggles against LHP. But that seems to be gone now and he has no other leg to stand on, metaphorically speaking.

Hopefully Perdomo can keep this up for another inning or so. Have to imagine he is off the roster tomorrow with the DH against the Giants. McCalvey mentioned that Gott is getting close, plus they can recall another guy for the double header.

Damn! I loved watching this team early on this season, except for Yelich of course! Then the dam broke. No hitting, but good pitching. Good pitching but no hitting. I want all my time back that was wasted watching, listening, Ipading, instead of improving on my golf game! Damn, what a waste of time! To everyone saying the season is over. Yes it is! I hope I eat my words!
