The Brewers don’t seem to get guys back ahead of schedule very often. It’s 60-days, then rehab, then another week, then rejoin the team on the next homestand.

When you get a PRP injection for a torn ligament and that doesn’t solve the problem, it usually means Tommy John surgery.

I feel like any attempt to keep track of Brewers injuries would look like an out of control electricity meter.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

CC presser: Monasterio "doing fine". They don't expect any issues. Having said that I would be surprised if he wasn't given a day off tomorrow.

Against a LHP, I really hope they don't give him the day off. Would love to see him at SS tomorrow.

Safe to say the return of Urias and Adames spells the end of the Andruw Monasterio era, at least for now? He has been a breath of fresh air on a team that doesn't make a lot of contact,

I'm not too certain of that. I think Turang and one of Brosseau/Toro will be sent down for Urias and Adames.

I would definitely send Turang and Toro/Brousseau down before Monte. Turang needs to re calibrate and Monte has been huge.

I read somewhere that Frelick should be back the 3rd week of June and Keston shortly after that. Those could be big boosts come July.

For all the insanity of this year to be sitting, what, 5 games over and in first.... playing a AAA lineup for the most part.... Imagine if we get people back and by July we start cooking,..... We could really run away with this mediocre division. Don't worry, crossed my fingers when I typed that. No jinx.

Monasterio's quick start gives a perfect reason to send Turang to AAA both for service time benefits, but more to see if he can get the swing into a bit better groove. Toro gets a little longer look as well, and you start reevaluating that spot in a few weeks.
