That was a really bad 2 strike pitch.

If it isn't poorly played the game is over.

First career 6* out save lol

as bad as last night was- this truly was that good all things considered. This team is going to be the death of us.

A much needed win with the bullpen covering so many innings and runs still hard to come by.

Great bullpen game! Think CC used Williams for the 5out save there with how awful tomorrow's pitching/bullpen outlook must be. Barring an explosion offensive game, prepared for another blowout.

Nice to see Brian Anderson hit a HR. Feels like it's been a long while. Wiemer and another HR. Just a very positive sign for his future.

A bad pitch can be hit hard right at somebody.  A major fallacy in baseball is results oriented thinking.

Still minus 16 run differential in series but stalemate in standings

beautiful wim

.........Which sums up perfectly what I've always felt about run differential.

This felt like the type of game the Brewers have won in recent years when they're at their best. Out-getters hold up their end, defense (mostly) gets the job done, and a couple HRs cover up the fact that, from the neck up, the opponent put up a lot more good ABs than we did. I swear, if Jordan Hicks hung himself from the tallest oak, we'd cut the rope for him.

Happy for Turang. Maybe he's getting closer to being a regular vs both LH & RHP.

I'm just chomping at the bit to see Wiemer when he gets a little more seasoning. Had we been at full health he probably would have never seen Milwaukee yet, a lot of ABs that look overmatched, still managing to contribute.

Corbin Burnes is starting tomorrow. He obviously hasn't been his sharpest, but I'm never going to expect a blowout with him on the mound.

I mean it was a 94 mph FB right on the edge. Could have definitely been up a bit more but any pitch on the edge like that shouldn't be classified as a bad pitch.

Boushley has thrown 5 consecutive QS in Nashville. Give him the ball for a game or two if we need someone rather than Colin I think.

If you don't like Rea, you would hate Boushley. Boushley doesn't even average 90mph with his FB.
