Google "Tim Anderson and Josh Donaldson".

Ahhhh yes that’s one of the memories. And also I just remember reading that almost every team he’s been on (which is a lot for his talent) is happy to see him gone.

He would be ill-advised to try that kind of thing in a CC clubhouse.

Wiemer’s 3 for his last 33 with 13 Ks. Doubt we’ll see him hit in many critical situations going forward. Just tough at the moment with Yelich and Canha dealing with niggling injuries.

This is an absolutely insane to play this guy.     There is no way in hell there isn’t someone else who can play.     Heck a single A guy would be better

Being mad at Joey is really wrong. What's he supposed to do go in and say I want to go down. It’s on mgt.

Extra batting practice? Working harder with the coaches? Learning how to hit with two strikes. Some of this is on him.

Man watching Joey last night he finds himself 0-2 reallly quickly. Every at bat. Just up there hacking. Looks like more of that today.

Pitchers know they just have to get it in the zone and chances are high he won't do anything with it.

I agree but I have to think, as bad as he’s been, if they put Brian Anderson at right and Frelick at center, at least there’s a possibility of a walk or contact or some kind of major league at bat.

Not going to happen, especially when he would be in a bench role, but I am very confident that Jackson Chourio would be better than Wiemer right now. Plus he gives you everything Wiemer does in the field and on the basepaths.

He often looks like he's trying kill a housefly with that bat.
