If a team that doesn't have a lot of picks really wants to move up and get back into the 1st, I'd make them give up a 1st. 

Andy Herman broke it down. One trade was Denver trading a future 1st for a pick in the 40s and then a pick in the 4th. That'd be great value. 

Terrion Arnold doesn't excite me, but that's mainly because I haven't watched any of his clips. I watched Mitchell, but then he kinda went flying by us. 

Moving down, pick up extra '25 capital and then maybe back up as we did for Jaire would certainly be an interesting way to go.
