Ok let's hold this one please.

Yes please. If you're going to have to expend your bullpen right out of the All-Star break it certainly a lot easier to stomach a win.

Who do we have who can pitch to an ERA at or under 36.00 this inning?

Junis

And Ortiz or Frelick should be hitting number two.

Frelick doesn’t hit for enough power to be a #2 hitter.  I would prefer Chourio or Ortiz at the #2 spot.  I think Chourio is better at #2 and Ortiz at #5.

Frelick should be the #6 hitter.  I like Turang better at 9th in the batting order.

At this point I'd let Junis finish this off.

I think he was coming in for the last of the 12th regardless. Not many other options.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Chourio with a highlight play to end it.

That is a play Chourio wasn’t making earlier in the year.  He is really starting to get comfortable watch out!

This was one of those games that was really going to sting for either team that lost it. Fortunately, that was not us.

Great win!  Only thing I love more than seeing Minnesota lose is a Brewers win!

Always fun to see in-game thread melt downs after a win.

This game is 9 (sometimes 12) innings

I like all the hindsight comments about strategic things like bunting and the contact play...Basically, it is good, fundamental baseball when it works and complete idiocy when it doesn't work.  Nice, guys.

Murph said in post game that Yelie’s back is bothering him a bit …….obviously he still played so that’s good but it explains why he wasn’t running full out today .

Honest question because, as a person who spent significant time living in both states, why do some Brewers and Twins fans hate each other? It doesn't make sense to me. In the decades of the two franchises, they played in the same division for like four years and that ended 25 years ago.

Is it a Vikings/Packers thing that carries over? Because I totally get the Vikings/Packers hatred (and before anyone comes at me, always been a Packers fan first but no longer follow the sport). Because the Twins and Brewers having any kind of animosity for one another feels kinda forced to me and always has.
