This was all pretty predictable. 

Not entirely true. I don’t follow them that closely but I know Turner was out for about 6 weeks, including when the Brewers played them.

You can't manage to win every game - you have to manage for the season so that your bullpen doesn't get worn down.  Sometimes that means giving innings to not your best guys so that your best guys will still be at their best come playoff time.

Would have been a good spot for Hudson, but he's on the IL.  Next man up.

Why wasn't Turang running?  This team is just not aggressive enough on the bases in the second half.  It is like they completely stopped running a lot sometime after June.

Three of the last four innings have ended in double plays and all you do is use Turang as a decoy with a double play candidate at bat.

By rule, does Murph have to replace Contreras immediately?  If so, I hope he put a pitcher in the DH spot for now.  That way he keeps the option to have Bauers pinch hit for someone else in the 9th.
