Game 10: Packers @ Giants - Sunday, Nov. 16th @ 12:00 PM

I will take it, Love and Watson make the big play and they hold it. All kinds of mistakes again but at least we can look forward to the division games now, if we lost today I think we may have been done.

appropriate that Winston's last two throws ended in an interception and a fumble

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Took a while to get on brand, but he got there.

I do feel bad for Winston because I don't blame him for that int.  His receiver never broke to the outside, just hit the top of his route and turned around.

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

They'll probably make the playoffs because there coincidentally happens to be a drop off after 7 teams.

Only six teams in the NFC have a positive point differential and one of those is +2.

Yeah, dropped passes, key missed tackles, I hope the Giants are bad enough we still win but the little things continue to plague us.

For years and years....

Why? They suck.

They have a way of winning when you least expect them to. But they have looked terrible every time I watched this season.

Wins are better than losses, but the team feels solidly less than the sum of its parts. I didn't mind a clunker or two in October, but it time for the team to be growing.

Question on the rash of drops.

Does Love throw a difficult ball to catch?

It seems to be a relatively consistent spiral and I don't think he's putting excess velocity like Favre used to.

But last year and now recently the receivers are dropping passes at a ridiculous rate.

No, the receivers on this team just aren't very good except for Watson and Golden when they actually throw the ball to him.
