Honestly after yesterday wouldn't have minded seeing Sanchez dh tonight against the left

Exactly. Kraken crushes one - and we know he is streaky- so ride the good instead of pay homage to Yeli who has lost his impact.

Grant Anderson has been a nice and underappreciated cog of this pen. Good work bridging the gap after the short start and keeping us in the game.

We seem to have one unbelievably bad series every year

Every team has bad series during the course of 162 games.

Being down 3 runs and needing a rally and seeing Luis Rengifo strut up to the plate to start the inning makes me angry.

You’re just lucky their home stadium has a roof or you’d hear about the Legend of the 1982 Brewers during every rain delay.

Now do Yelich

I really think Yelichs mechanics are messed up. They stand his bats so straight up and he's trying to elevate everything and it just ends up being rollovers because the bat path is loopy. Bauers has a far better swing path.

If it weren’t for the whole long contract and veteran leader thing and longtime tenured Brewer and blah blah blah, there’d be no place and no purpose for Yelich on this team. Average hitters with zero versatility and no defensive value don’t fit the way we build rosters whatsoever.

I used to think it was only Craig Counsel who was stealing 40 million. Now it’s Yelich.

The A's are playing some nice defense.

Kuhnel at 98/99 is amazing. I think he averaged 93/94 with the As.

Minor leagues speed gun I'm guessing

It isn't 2005 where 1/3 of the league is hitting  with a 900 OPS. Yelich has a wRC+ of 124 heading into tonight. He's fine for a DH and given Milwaukee's track record for a 1B/DH that is doing really great.

I’m losing confidence in a Brewers rally tonight

4 runs should be EZ in this park.

So he’s essentially Garrett Mitchell if Garrett Mitchell couldn’t play any position and made 25 times as much money.
