    Adames to the Red Sox is not really a rumor more a guy saying he is a potential target. Also, from December.

    I really don't see a scenario where Williams is traded this season. He will have to show he is healthy somewhere around Mid-July and if he is healthy that is a great guy to have the last couple of months of the season. After the season a decent possibility for trade. In general there is no real need to trade from the bullpen depth. It only gets tight if they bring up another out of option guy like Paredas. In that case they probably need to DFA Viera. Viera is okay for that role right now but certainly a chance to upgrade that spot. Do agree that they should be able to avoid trades for marginal guys like Morris and Bush that results in them losing prospects like Olson and Kelly.

    It looks like Tyler Black will have the game winning three run HR in the 10th.

    I think Taylor Clarke may take Vieira's spot in the not too distant future since it gives them some more flexbility with his option remaining. Maybe even in time for the Astros series.

    I have no problem playing Perkins with his defense but when Perkins is batting 5th against a lefty they need better options against LHP. It looked improved prior to the season but they have done very poorly against them this year.

    This was mentioned way back when he was acquired but he was a 800 OPS guy for the Yankees until August 1 when the bottom fell out. He has done this before, would be great if he did it for the whole year this time around.

    I think a fair amount of people liked Khris Davis at the time but always had the poor arm and had the older prospect label. Wish Jacob Nottingham turned out better. Will say he is one guy you can turn to as somebody that was sent back to the minors after making the opening day roster and then Krushing the ball after he came back later that summer. 500 OPS guy when optioned and 1000+ OPS guye when he returned. Maybe history will repeat itself with Chourio.

    For your next article please be critical of the Brewers for extending Chourio before even playing a game in the majors.

    Three in a row for the Admirals as they advance. Was a fun game last night.

    Alex Hall wouldn't count. Way more people remembered Dempsey as a Brewer than I thought. Mieske is always my go to for a Diamondback or Mariner.

    That's a good question, done deal he will make his debut but could be an opener.

    Not sure if Myers is sent down for Gasser or a relief pitcher. Just not real confident in Gasser right now but guess a relief pitcher injury could always bring Myers back up.

    Don't mind Black getting consistent at bats in AAA but don't like seeing Dunn and Bauers so much.

    Toro will never be great but it will always remain a mystery why he wasn't utlized more with their putrid offense.

    I was around 10 when I first saw Beetlejuice. Always thought it could have been better, not enough Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice but one of those movies that still gets play today and my kids even watch. Looking forward to the long awaited sequel this year.

    So frustrating to see the Admirals fall behind 0-2 in the playoffs after having a great regular season. They won 19 in a row during the season so can win three in a row now but will be very disappointing if they don't get out of the first round. Regular season success with early exits is getting old fast for Wisconsin sports teams.

    They had all winter so no the time to trade him isn't now.

    It doesn't matter that Murphy is suspended, he still makes the final call.

    I doubt it since he would still need 19 more. I hope he keeps on getting on base and challenging the franchise record, at the very least to get Tommy Harper's name out there a little more to recognize the player that he was for this franchise.

    Yeah, he has $95 million guaranteed instead of playing year to year.

    Uribe is talented so likely back this season but it does remind be of Bob Sebra and his fight. He received a five game suspension for starting the large brawl with the Mariners in the early 90's. Never made it back to the majors and left he game with the 5 game suspension still intact.

    Murphy going for the series ejection sweep, not sure I have seen that before.

    I was kind of hoping the Rays were going to start Jason Alexander and the Brewers offensive woes would be cured, oh well.

    I'm actually curious how you view them. It seems like this site has gotten traction with some of the articles written and Jack Stern is one of the best but forum activity is lacking. Are you getting more people to visit the site but the interaction just isn't there with the forums? I think the forums themselves are very old school with one message after another versus having conversations grouped together so they are easier to read and flow better.
