Only half correct. You also forgot that there will be 5 or 6 "rap stars" dancing around the tank while it rolls along with nobody at the wheel. Ghost ride da whip!

Considering it has a 6hp Tecumseh, I'd guess MPG is actually very good. However, that makes me seriously doubt the 40 mph top-speed claims.
