Geez, I know there is stress involved with being a Brewers fan lately, but the sniping is getting ridiculous here...

We are all fans of the same team, and isn't that the reason we are here nightly?

Just catching up on the thread tonight, but I agree that the tension is way higher than it should be for a team as good as the one we’ve gotten to watch this year. Imagine being a Reds or Padres fans over the last 6 weeks. The Brewers are going to have a legit chance to make a deep run in the Postseason, and yet the board’s been flooded with arguing over a mediocre Cardinals team on a historic winning streak that likely won’t have any meaningful impact on the Brewers.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I still don't see why there was so much love for McNeil. He was a popular name for a Hader trade. I never liked McNeil and still don't like him. He looks like just a guy with very little pop in his bat. It looks like McNeil benefitted from the juiced ball where he had one good season.

Burnesy is fighting without his best stuff these past 2 innings. With this starting staff we must remind ourselves: anything is possible into October.

Can rich hill go away? These players linger like a beer fart these days.

Better hope we shut them out the rest of the game because this offense doesn't look like its going to score again. Escobar is a nice player but I really was hoping we would acquire more of an impact bat like Donaldson at the deadline.

Soft tossing lefties must salivate when they see they are scheduled to pitch against the Brewers.

It's sure been a consistent theme this season.

Trouble is our bullpen has been crap in September and Williams is out. Could be a scary last few innings.

More expensive and hasn’t been any better than Escobar. So yeah, I’m glad Stearns is our GM.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Impact is in the eye of the beholder.

Was Taylor running hard down the line on that DP? Seems like it should’ve been a little closer than that.

EDIT: Never mind, it was just a tailor-made double play.

Have to question how this lineup is going to score against the pitching they will face in the playoffs.

No, you don’t.

Haven't they been a top 10 offense in baseball since the ASB?

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Oh you know, the usual. Some hits, some walks, maybe an error or two.

a one week mini slump isn't indicative of the talent level of the team.

one might say " you have to wonder how our offense will produce runs against the Brewers pitching in the postseason."
