I would rather have us not playing our best baseball right now, and get hot at the end of the season and playoffs than be hot right now and fade in the playoffs like we have the last couple times we've made it.

The best is yet to come! Let's be the Braves or Phils from last year and get hot at the right time. Or one of those Cards teams in the late 2000s / early 2010s.

The Dodgers and Braves aren't that good... and the AL is weak.

Going to respectfully disagree that the Braves "aren't very good".  That said, watching Woodruff, Peralta, and Burnes face that historically good lineup the Braves can put out there could be terrific entertainment.  Let's make it happen.  Go Crew!!

How cool would it be if the Brewers had everything wrapped up but the Cubs needed to win the series against the Brewers and couldn't do it? Almost as cool as seeing a 3/4 empty Cardinals stadium in September.
