My biggest problem with that is the protection he has on his hand.  If you're barehanded, sure that can be a legal play but when there's no consequence for sticking your giant hand that's even bigger when covered with padding, up, that's a problem.

I will be glad to be done with the Yankees. Not sure about their pen, but they look like World Series favorites to me. Imagine that lineup when Judge starts hitting.

Question is what's the plan? Gasser? Arnold has to come up with something. Fact is he's under some pressure because of the fast start. They could be under 500 soon if more pitching isn't found.

Judge was sliding into 2nd to "break up" a double play and threw his sliding-mitt covered hand up and hit the throw to 1B. Umps just let it ride.

They need Hall and Junis healthy. At the very least, that eats innings. Williams return will help too, but that's still two months away.

You just need guys like Ashby and Gasser to contribute. Koenig has. Myers has. I am thrilled to be 17-10 after this schedule.

Another question is the Yelich situation given his importance. They never have said what exactly is he dealing with. Wear and tear? Specific injury? How does his back flare up 10 games into the season after an entire off season? If he comes back hitting imo look for a trade to max value. 20 games and out 20 isn't good value.
