I haven't been able to force myself to watch any more baseball. I will probably get there at some point.

I think I'm on the Guardians' bandwagon.

Yeah I'm not able to watch, but I have gameday up on my laptop just following the game.

If the Mets win it all they should at least give Devin a ring. Personally I never want to see him in a Brewers uniform again and I don't even care what they get back in a trade.

Met's have some real battlers in the lineup.

They just don't throw away at bats.

Lindor and Iglesias in particular.

And we had them dead....Thanks a lot, Devin.

I can relate.   I'm struggling to find some one to cheer for. It's not the Phils, but I am definitely against the Mets.  Too bad my Saints are starting to stink.  I may have to face real life before long. Bughghghghghgh....

It's happening again....

Their linsanity run needs to end eventually. They had a 64 wRC+ in the series against us and a 77 wRC+ today and they are going to win again. Just getting insane cluster luck right now.

Just another example that stats are stupid and lie.

Or that playoff baseball is incredibly random and in 3 game samples anyone can beat anyone even if that success isn't remotely sustainable.

If it is not the Guardians, then (shield your eyes), it might be the Padres.  They have never won a World Series.  Although they have some really tools on their team (Machado in particular), Winker prevents me from cheering for the Mets.

In addition, the whiners from Barstool Sports who were complaining after the Brewers won game 2 about the announcers favoring the Brewers over the Mets.  Please....

The catch Profar just made in the Dodgers-Padres series was pretty awesome. Leaps into the stands, pops back out and starts jawing with the fans, and the broadcast is showing the "Home Run" graphic while Mookie runs around the bases. Of course, Profar caught the ball. Kind of love that his first reaction isn't to show the catch to the umpire, but to give the business to the Dodgers bleacher fans.

Dodger fans are real turds. Started throwing stuff on the field. I loved the Padres response - hit a bunch of homers back at them.

Two best closers in baseball stinking up the joint this postseason.

Postseason is awesome, but a great deal random. Gotta remember that.

And also never give out big time money to relievers....

Another premier closer gives it up in the postseason……

Clase gives up 2 singles in the 9th and then a 2 strike 3 run bomb in a 0-0 game.

Such a strange postseason………..so many late game heroics

Edwin Diaz has also stunk. Strahm and Hoffman have been bad for Philly as well. Hader choked for the Astros as well.

From a neutral fan perspective, this is on pace to be the best postseason of all time.  It's certainly the most NBA-like that MLB has ever been, which in my view is a very good thing to generate views.

He must feel like he never left the Brewers.  (Though our offense was pretty decent this year.)

I know just an easy joke and its generally true for his time here the last few years.   But just last year we staked him a 3-0 lead immediately and he blew it in game 1.    Yet another eyeroll frustration of this stretch of playoff shortcomings.
