I love the sound of the ball coming off Chourio’s bat.

i played through college & even into my late 20’s … not sure I ever hit a ball as smoothly as he does

He really does seem like a natural.

Wow a 13 game hitting streak for Chourio.

We should do a poll on how many games into the season before Chourio walks

It may be an intentional walk …

I remember that Braun had that same sound when he came up and you knew he was different.

No way should we do that.

I just feel like he's the missing link on this roster. Maybe I'm overvaluing him as a fit for us.

For a pitcher who hits 100 and should be arriving in the majors in the next year? I think so.

Yes … I remember that as well … & maybe Cecil Cooper or Paul Molitor “back in the day”

I was hoping we would trade for McMahon in the offseason … but I was thinking Tyler Black & another prospect

Would McMahon for Misiorowski straight up be a fair trade for both sides?

McMahon’s career OPS away from Coors Field is .671. We should not want to pay him $44 million through 2027 much less trade for the right to do that.

We need a third baseman badly, it's true.  McMahon is a good glove and he's off to a hot start. But he's a career .240-.250 hitter. There are numerous upsides to Misiorowski, not the least of which is that he hit 99 mph today and is potentially ace material.

A draft pick, cash. All kinds of ways to skin the cat there. I wonder if the Brewers talked to the Rockies.

Misiorowski is an enigma to me

He doesn’t excite me (yet) because of his wildness & % of walks

He may be a great one & prove me wrong

I’d deal him for Coby Mayo in a heartbeat
