Some wanted to give up on him……patience has paid off

As one of those, I will definitely give credit where it is due.

I mentioned a few weeks ago that this team is not where it is just on the moves they’ve made, but the moves they didn’t make.

If a lot of us had our way the last 5-10 years around the trade deadline, this roster would look a lot different right now (and a lot inferior).

While I’ve earned my reputation as a forum Eore … I’ve always been in Joey O’s corner 🙌👏💪🎉🏆

Oh my … that’s Jen Pawol bad

She was quite a bit better than last night's ump. She wasn't great (hey, it was her first big league game), but she was only very slightly below league average all around.

This team, man. Things turn so quickly on baseball, and I kind of felt like this one might turn on us hard at 6-3. But the offense just grinds and responds again. Let's hope Tobias can give us some professional innings here.

He looked pretty brutal last start. But he’s looked really good coming out of the pen a couple times.

I was not aware Woodruff had mutual option for 20 million. Any chance both parties pick it up? I'm guessing he will not.

0 chance.

Not unless he gets hurt again, right now it looks like QO and Woodruff becomes a rich man elsewhere and we get a pick.

12 runs, 12 wins

We are steadily climbing the ladder & may soon lead all of MLB in runs scored. We are currently tied with KC for 2nd in runs allowed (before today).

I didn't know a major league baseball team could be this good. What is even the definition of falling back to earth? They only win at a 95 or 100 win pace instead of 125?

There's a lot of good feelings between Big Woo and the Brewers organization, esp,. since the organization kept faith during the injury. But money almost always wins the day.

I mean it’s so rare that it happens. But it’s just about the sweet spot for him, right about where the QO is, so, maybe.

The only time I can think of where that happened is Aramis Ramirez.

Come to think about it, he gets the 10M buyout if he doesn’t pick it up, so no, he’ll decline. He can do better than 1/10 in free agency.
