Oh boy this has to be among the worst lineups this decade. Watch them score 11 runs!

Well they better get started then, it’s already the 4th inning.

This lineup is horrific for any era. Keep in mind that Patrick Corbin was on his couch without a job two weeks ago.

He has not been even at replacement level in a half decade.

I'm good with giving Jones a look and Lockridge is adequate as a 4th/5th outfielder, but you can't leave Lara in AAA with how he's been looking and carry Matos, Jones, Perkins, and Lockridge as outfielders.

Teams could do worse than signing Jesse Orosco at this point to get some innings against us

Completely agree, dude deserves a shot. It’s not like there’s a lot of upside in the guys ahead of him.

Even if he gets a call do we trust Murphy to let him play?

Even those lineups had a Jaha here a Greg Vaughn there. Dave Nillson maybe. This is the absolute worst. 7 minor leagues and Turang and Contreras. Even the pitching is minor leagues caliber.

Sanchez is not a minor leaguer. Lockridge is not a minor leaguer. Yes, when you have 3 of your best hitters on the IL it's going to be rough unless you're the Dodgers. That's just a fact of life.

Sproat had a rough couple starts but he clearly is MLB caliber in what he's showing today.

This is basically like the time we had Dallas Keuchel pitch for us.

Great slide by Turang

Seemed like he had eyes in the back of his head, or was reading the catcher position to figure out where the throw was.

Bro are you serious? You are arguing that this lineup is great? Is that the fight you want to spend your day on? Jeez. Unbelievable. I take it back. This lineup is awesome and we are lucky we have such depth.

Is it insane that a guy playing his first inning at first base in a major league game is doing it as a starter? I mean, I'd understand if someone got shifted during a game due to injury, but I'm just stunned that Rengifo is playing first base.

agreed with most of this but Lockridge, for all intents and purposes, is a minor league level talent masquerading as an MLB player.

He is a 4th OF type. We have 2 important OFs that are hurt so of course he's been thrusted into an everyday role. He is not supposed to be a starter.

Sproat with 59 pitches through five, one run, very nice!

Don't want to jinx it, but he could easily get into the 7th at this rate.
