I don't want to hear oh we're 5th in runs scored or whatever.  This trash is not going to work in the playoffs.  The only question is how many times is the front office going to let the offense trip over their dicks before they do something about it.

That hurts to lose that one and now have to face two more day,s with scrub SP and Patrick unavailable.

Hopefully the fans clamoring for Vaughn to play against RHP will quiet down after tonight. Just looked totally out of place at the top of the lineup tonight.

This is one of the most frustrating games of the season. Winnable game squandered because we’re too cheap to call up better players. I’ve said for weeks, we’ve got 20 good players on a 26-man roster. Tonight’s 1-0 loss is the byproduct of that reality. 🤮

The Turang fall off will be studied. This team needs two bats. If they don't get them they are just messing around

They found his kryptonite. Fastballs up in the zone. He handles off speed down very well.

Didn't look any worse than anyone else.

And he is best used as a 5 or 6 hitter. Not a 2 hitter.

Guess you can't win them all. Tough to see a fangless offense display.

Despite the overall record, getting little to no offense from RF and 3B needs to change. Frelick posting WAR/OPS+ rankings of -0.3 / 70 and Rengifo posting -0.5 / 51 going into tonight's game is pointing to replacement time.

He just can’t hit RHP with his bat speed down post hamate injury. Needs to get the bat speed back for you can expect him to do anything against RHP

Terrible performance by the hitters period no one came through in the clutch. I sorry but this team needs to acquire  bats not arms.  Also Blake is useless period.

At least Vaughn hit the ball sharply in the ninth taking a shot at right field. He advanced the runner and could just as easily have found a hole.

If you’re going to rag on Vaughn’ for how he looked tonight you should be ragging on just about the whole lineup, including Contreras who has done virtually nothing for a week.

The Perkins situation smacks of Murphy saying he stays he's my guy. Nobody should be granted immunity from being productive in the job they are doing. This is a disgrace.

So, you believe Pat Murphy makes all the roster decisions & Perkins is on the team for the rest of the season? Got it. We'll see.

BTW, he's been optioned to AAA this year not once, but twice.
