Huge relief for me. Lol

I know they almost certainly wouldn't have traded Made, but just the possibility of it had me feeling sick

Heck no.  That would have been a dumb trade.  If Skubal had one or two more years remaining sure give up someone like Pena.  But not for a rental.

Skubal does not have a no-trade clause. Detroit would have zero reason to accept anything except the highest bid.

I don’t really care we didn’t trade a crap ton of talent to get him, but the Dodgers getting him? There is no relief in that. It’s pretty sad and pathetic.
