You have to love the dodgers.   They have like 13 cy young award winners and they throw Eric lauer against the cubs

The Dodgers are completely worthless right now but they'll figure out a way to turn it on come playoff time.

They'll have their act together in about 8-10 days just in time for us

Not going well for Mr. Lauer so far, specifically with PCA.

I don't know how much the Dodgers even care though. They'll make the playoffs, make sure Snell and Glasnow are ready by then, and then mow down the competition (in theory). This is just one big extended Spring Training.

Who we really need to be rooting for right now is Atlanta to stay on fire and pass the Dodgers for the #2 seed.

I think the gap is small enough between us, Atlanta, and LA that I want to root for both of them to lose. Would LA not getting the bye be nice? Absolutely but the Brewers getting the bye is more important to me than rooting for LA to not get it so I want Atlanta to also lose.

Snell and Glasnow are probably having chicken fights in a private Vegas swimming pool, just counting down the days until they have to actually get on the mound to make their $$$$$$$$.

It is truly sickening knowing the next time through the rotation, Lauer will be replaced by Snell for his Annual August Spring Training ramp-up to October.  They're fine letting PCA pimp around the bases against an arm that won't even see the playoff roster now - just as it was equally as meaningless for the Brewers to go 6-0 against the Dodgers last regular season.

The Dodgers are playing 4D chess.  They will take care of business by not getting too worked up if the Cubs beat them because it puts stress on the Brewers.  The Dodgers will turn up the heat against Milwaukee, for sure.

Like you said, they have such a big lead in their division, they have nothing to worry about.

Brewers choosing to go with 6 man……so Miz won’t go against Dodgers

Miz won't go against the Padres but he'll definitely get a start against the Dodgers, likely on Saturday.

Yeah my bad……for some reason I thought we played Dodgers after the Twins

Actually, that would put him on schedule to start the following Sunday which would be in Los Angeles, if nothing changes. EDIT: damn, late again.

Just an FYI for everyone---Senzatela has worked back-to-back days only once this year, and on that day allowed one of the four HRs he's given up on the season. He HAS worked w/one day off a number of times.
