Who do you recommend?

Like I said, someone who can put the ball in play more than half the time.

You think you can hurt me? I watch Wisconsin sports. You can't hurt me.

I'd rather just keep Vaughn at 3B, yes, even against the righty, and Hamilton at SS.

Just drop Vaughn down to 6 or 7, and keep Bae out of a lineup he doesn't belong in.

Worst case scenario, Turang gets hurt playing SS, then what?  Keep him at 2B where he is 100% comfortable.

The lineup tinkering is just too much sometimes.

Didn't realize Bae was exclusively a second baseman (and outfielder).  I mislike that our options seem to be to move Turang to SS or play Vaughn at 3rd.  Hopefully Ortiz can play soon, like tomorrow soon.  Otherwise I am on the Luke Adams bandwagon (who is missing from the Sounds lineup tonight with Blake Burke up).

Adams hurt his back warming up before the game per JR Radcliffe who is in Nashville.

Brewers seem to have alot of guys who are on the cusp then get hurt.

Maybe I had too high of expectations but the Brewers being so bad at challenging on the hitter side has easily been the most disappointing part of the season for me. It's shocking how often our hitters are watching clear pitches out of the zone get called strikes and not challenging. I feel like at least 2-3 times every game there clear balls called strikes flipping a hitter/even count into an even/pitcher count. For a team that cares so much about swing decisions and count leverage seeing this be a weak point has been shocking.

Apparently the Brewers aren’t the only high level team with ABS issues

This, it always comes down to the 3 or 4 people here telling others how to post.  Every single time, then it starts.

I still can't believe those posters bother to check into IGT threads when they feel the need to control the room but can't, but then again, I think they love starting the conflict.

The IGT never changes, and it never will.  Some just don't have the will or stomach to participate, and most of those people have figured that out, but some, just aren't built for the IGT and have yet to figure that out.

The IGTs are definitely not for everyone.

It’s just funny when you check the IGT and you see people say Brewers won’t make the playoffs, Cubs are gonna pass them, seasons over etc and it’s a 3-1 game in the 4th

Always the same few people who say that

I'm just glad we DO have the best record in baseball. I can't imagine the carnage in here if we were run as badly as the Buccos! 😉

When a team is perennially bad  the fans don’t care and when they don’t care, they don’t complain much.

Yeah, if we were a horrible franchise, we'd just be used to losing, and the effort it would take to complain about it wouldn't be worth it.

It's nice to be used to winning...

I bet there isn’t one person that said they aren’t going to make the playoffs and the seasons over

I don’t remember that

Does it annoy the heck out of anyone else that the Cubs have not lost two games in a row Since July 9-10? Like C'mon, no wonder the Brewers lead hasn't increased at all. 🙄

They are more likely to catch us than for us to increase any type of lead at this point

Chicken or egg situation. It's like having two kids who just can't wait to poke the other one when mom and dad aren't looking to get a reaction.

Poster A loses his mind over something silly. Poster B tells Poster A to chill. Poster C steps in and tells Poster B they are not allowed to tell Poster A what to post. Poster B tells Poster C he also is not allowed to tell people how to post, pot meet kettle. Meanwhile Poster D and Poster F are trying to find out how many options Player 1 has remaining but they are having to shout over A, B and C.

After the game, Adult 1 and Adult 2 do a quick walk through to put the coloring books back on the shelves, pick up the scattered puzzle pieces, and restock the juice boxes so we can all do it again the next day.

Big happy family. Go Brewers.

Good post … but I’d imagine Poster E feels completely left out since you chose not to acknowledge him.

the brewers are making the playoffs.   I don’t care how pessimistic you are

I do think the Cubs will catch and pass us but we’re going to make the playoffs.  Then we probably are bounced early as we don’t have the offense to keep up.  Hope I’m wrong!

It was almost a quieter time back then…expectations were lower. Life was more simple, less complicated. 🙂

I think you have to recognize the possibility that there are trolls who post outlandish things to get a rise out of the posters who come in to make fun of outlandish statements or anyone else who might be inclined to respond.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.
