As Ben Johnson says “F the Packers!!!”

Well, he wasn’t saying it on Sunday. He’ll have to save his next topless locker room dance for another day.

That is both reassuring and not reassuring at the same time.

Yeah, means nothing to me. The Regular Season and the Post-season, weird stuff happens.

I think we should be good, but... we were 6-0 vs the LAD last year in the regular season, 0-4 in the post-season. So... don't worry about it. Just go out and get ONE more!

I agree it was unfortunate for Murph to let Abner pitch to Will Smith. Murph explained that he wanted Abner for the R-R matchup, and regardless of what happened, that was Abner's last batter because he was struggling to throw strikes.

This decision will provide an incredible opportunity for people to criticize Murphy and demonstrate their superior baseball acumen to the 2X NL Manager of the Year, who has somehow steered the team to 3-0 advantage over a the two-time World Series champions.

I actually think if you're going to criticize Murph, it's for Muncy. That was R on L and Uribe was all over the place.

But then he comes back and looks nasty. But if you're going with what made the most sense, it's not Hall vs Smith, it's Hall after those first two walks, those 8 straight balls or 8 out of 9... IMO.

Once they PH Muncy, Hall should have come in, then you have Hall vs Muncy and Ohtani.

Are you expecting the Rays and Guardians to combine rosters after the ALCS?

No... I don't know who is going to go yet. Which is why I used our ace and the Guardians ace and the Rays #2 and our #2...

Not a bad option tbh especially with Dodgers loaded LH

He looked so much better his last outing... it feels similar to Misiorowski last year. Lets run him out there and tell him he only needs to go an One, Two, whatever he can give us. May, maybe he goes 1 2/3rds. Then, see where you're at. If you're in the game, you play it by ear.

Murphy had to leave Uribe in for Muncy. 3 batter rule

Murphy is a great manager but this R-R matchup stuff doesn't mean a thing if your pitcher just doesn't have it.  Sometimes I think this R-R/L-L theory isn't always gospel.

Oh... yeah... I don't know why I was thinking that was his 4th. I guess it kinda gets lost in the excitement, but after that, I KINDA thought he looked pretty filthy, MAYBE he go it back.

Then Ohtani was up next, right? Ok, so going back... I guess Ohtani was when Hall should have come in. Though again, I THOUGHT he got it down when he threw that slider that looked like his sinker right at the bottom of the zone, then got ahead of Muncy and put him away.

Meh, oh well. Having Uribe in made them empty the bench and use up De Paula(I feel like HE is going to be a problem in the future, just not THIS year).

So I guess it was Ohtani I thought Hall should have come in for. But again, that 4 pitch sequence(I think it was 4 pitches) was pretty nasty. He definitely needs a day off though.
