I just assumed the Mets leaked it because the report was by Rosenthal and Joel Sherman mentioned that the Brewers "loved" Nimmo.

That's definitely a fair read of that report then. Hard to see the Brewers loving Nimmo if most folks here consider him a high floor type of guy.

If Luc is traded, it would be nice if he could pinch hit one last time. Just for one final ovation.

 

But I understand if they don't. Last thing they need is him getting HBP.

 

Once the trade is confirmed he can't pinch hit.

 

But it hasnt been announced. Id expect he PHs for Anderson gets his hurrah with the crowd and then the news comes out of his trade.
