Yeah. 1 homer. Lets load the bases for yelich in the 7th.

Arenado took,over home run lead

Is it just a one HR lead?

He now has 38. So 2 more than Yelich. Hes hit 3 today and blackmon with a cycle.

Lyles to finish it out? Or Albers if they can trust him to not make us wait another hour to end the game. Got to be someone not needed tomorrow and not very likely to be on the playoff roster.

edit: looks like Lyles.

Well it'd actually be better if Yelich gets the triple crown against the Cubs...so there's that.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

My score AP says he hit 2 and has 37

Gold thing Yelich will have a chance for those RBIs tomorrow.

This game worked out perfectly for the Brewers from a bullpen perspective.

Well, it's safe to say tomorrow is either going to one of the most glorious days in Brewers history or extremely disappointing.

I have a different take. This team isn’t supposed to be here. If they lose tomorrow I won’t be extremely disappointed in the slightest. I’ll just be that much more pumped up for Tuesday.
