We knew we would need to score more than 2 to win anyhow. The bullpen and the offense has to get us out of the hole Chacin dug for them.

Maybe get Peralta or Guerra up instead? Get two innings from him and then begin the bullpen cycle. Too early for Hader.

 

Bigger goal should be to get the lead back right away.

I really don't want the Crew to be down in the mid-to-late innings and have to face Kershaw, even if it is on limited rest. I think they need to grab a lead with Buehler on the mound to give themselves a good chance. At least tie it.

This version of the Dodgers lineup is terrible against lefties. Bring in Hader and hope they decide to PH at some point and then when the righties start coming in the lineup is easier. It is somewhat risky but I totally get it.

I think CC is committed to using Hader first in any kind of close game. My guess is he starts either the 3rd or 4th and tries to get at least 9 outs.
