Pretty sure...seems rather unnecessary and all it did was cause them to sell less tickets. They are already begging people with a T-Shirt and $1 hot dogs. Why on earth would you put the game in the middle of the day?

 

I mean are other teams pulling the opening day gimmick for 100% capacity making dumb start times?

I like seeing Urias instead of Vogelbach in the 2 spot.

 

I blame Counsell for Vogelbach’s injury. If he had him in the 7 spot ahead of JBJ and the pitcher, you would never have to worry about him getting hurt trying to score on a hit.

The home plate ump didn’t give Burnes either the inside or outside corner. If he does that all day on both sides it will be a long game.

I don’t mind them.missing real borderline strikes……but that one is definitely in the zone.

 

Dangerous hitter like Story that could cost you 2 runs in a hurry…….credit to Burnes that it didn’t.
