Why didn’t Urias advance on that Wild pitch? Was it not really too far from the catcher or was it a miss on his part?

 

He didn't get a good lead at first and the ball didn't pop away all that far from the catcher. If he ran he would of been out by a lot with the lead he had.

I like the decision regardless of my opinion on Peralta. Bullpen is a strength. Houser can go multiple innings.

I was hoping for Cain to dribble one between the first and second basemen but instead he whistles one and Swanson makes what could be a game saving play.
