The good news for me is that I’m sitting at an airport waiting for a flight that has been delayed for 2 hours by thunderstorms. Now I won’t have to spring for the onboard WiFi to follow this “contest”.

I confess that the Blue Jays are my favorite AL team. But this hurts. 

And consider that the Jays are trailing the Yankees by a mile in their division but are spanking us who are tied for the lead in ours. Just something to make you feel worse. Bleccch

BA saying this dude is the real deal is a bit annoying.  If the Brewers weren’t so pathetic on offense, they would have knocked him out of the game early.

The only time I’m surprised is when they play well - which has only been a dozen times this season

No kidding , has good control , looks straight as a string at times , but of course all  we hear " just missed that one " or  " like to have that one back"  very boring team right now!

Tonight is another infomercial on why the Brewers need to find a deal for Hader and start to acquire some more talent. The idea is to win a world series but if you can't hit good pitching it ain't happening so make a deal and get the most impact you can. This season is a waste of everyone's time.

 I think this team is a good example of why 3TO based offense sucks. Not only is it boring even to avid fans, it tends to be very streaky

This team is only a contender due to playing in a division with three tanking teams and a very mediocre St Louis club. Even if they make the playoffs they are no threat with a lineup more akin to a rebuilding team than anything resembling a World Series winner.

Houser has been mediocre/poor for quite a long time now. But CC is happy because he gets to canonize him in the presser for "giving us six innings" while all but ignoring his putting us behind by five.
