It's helpful to remember that Hiura never played the infield in college, only OF and DH.

That may have been the best at-bat of his career, working a 9 pitch count after falling behind 0-2.....Generally when the count gets to 0-2, I just assume it's going to be a Keston K....

I just saw that Friday’s game will only be televised on Apple TV+.

It’s irritating when you have a cable service and also pay for MLB TV that there are games you can’t watch without an additional paid subscription.

People forget the batspeed Hiura generates...probably because he so often forgets to hit the baseball when he swings.  He's pushing an 0.800 OPS at present though
