I don't care what haters say:

I love me a picture purrrrfect bunt. A thing of beauty and so often absolutely butchered. That was gorgeous.

Chourio now up to a much more normal looking .786 OPS after some were ready to send him down to AAA after a bad opening series.

If the Brewers are going to have any success this year, Jackson Chourio is going to need to be a big part of it.

Hooray for small ball. Not only the walkoff bunt, but Mitchell still getting the runner to 3rd w/the first out of the inning after going 0-2 & Ortiz working the walk---and that walk WAS really worked-----allowing Turang to come up w/one out thus making the safety squeeze plausible.

Nice to find a way after the failures earlier. And it's not like the gods were always smiling. Turang hits a high hopper in a perfect spot---for KC---, then the hard grounder by Chourio & liner by Frelick, both right at guys w/the INF pulled in. Seriously?

Peralta shut me up, and anyone else complaining about his not going deep into games. Magnificent.

I think we might have sumpin in this Uribe guy.🙂

Did anyone actually say that? Seems pretty unbelievable.

Fermin paid back the Turang groundout in the 11th. Nice to get that bit of luck. Special props to Koenig and Urine for scoreless ghost runner frames after both throwing a lot yesterday. Probably be without them and Megill tomorrow, so will need Cortes to show lots of improvement (or a massive offensive day, or both).

Unfortunate that the "b" is next to the "n" on the keyboard.

I saw alot of that, too - people worried about losing Adames production and then the first solution is to send their best hitter to the minors because he's 21 and had a terrible opening day.

That OPS is going to keep climbing, too.

Not going to single anybody out as we all post stupid stuff but yes it was actually posted with no joke intended.

This is one decision the Brewers had correct, the 4 game suspension was a pain but he played a huge part in both wins.

Great. Now we'll have people trying to be funny if he ever pisses a game away.😛

I’ll admit to wondering if he should be dropped from the lead off spot or given a day to clear his head.

That’s quite different than saying he should be sent down…..lol

That Is a reasonable question when a guy struggles badly out of the gate…..even if it is a bit early. IMO

Sending him down after 4 games  is just crazy talk after what he proved last season.
