Come to think about it, he gets the 10M buyout if he doesn’t pick it up, so no, he’ll decline. He can do better than 1/10 in free agency.

Won't happen because there is a $10 million buyout. Qualifying offer would be a longshot but a possiblity.

Long time lurker, occasional poster on other forums back in the day, now an expat in the Middle East.  Never seen anything like this!  82 I was a kid.  2011 and 2018 were fun, but what else compares to this?  Came back to the States this summer and caught the second Cubs game.  The last win before this streak started, I guess.  Love the conversations I see here every day.  You all help keep me connected to the Crew!
