Bunting here is so stupid.  You're basically telling the Reds we're fine playing for the tie at best.

I bet a lot of you didn’t know that one of the guys we gave up for Senzatela is a rookie who had a K/9 of over 15 in Biloxi and who currently has a 1.93 ERA with the Rockies (yes, their MLB team).

Just doing what I can to make you feel better about the Dustin May trade.

I'm still trying to figure out why anybody thought Senzatela would help the team. Got off to a great start but was lousy, home or away from Coors, since May. I think the two months in his career he was actually effective is outweighed by the multitude of ones where he wasn't.

Oh. We’re letting Naylor bat here.

The whole purpose of starting him was just to give Sanchez and Contreras a full days of rest

I mean, it's Hamilton. The odds of him doing any damage was slim.

Nothing like Hamilton and Frelick to kill a comeback attempt.

And Yelich finishes it off by swinging at two high fastballs out of the zone.

lol.   “But they have the best record in baseball” blah blah blah blah.

What is your point? You expect them to win every game?

When you’re hitting Hamilton/Frelick/Yelich at 9/1/2 and your rally sputters, I don’t feel sorry for you.

So where would you put them in the lineup today(you dont get to say not at all, because they ARE in the LU today), and can you guarantee the outcome would be different?

Which is stupid if that is the logic.

Both of your actual MLB catchers do not need a day off on the same exact day. You could have easily staggered one yesterday and the other today if the only other options was no option besides Naylor today,

This!  We have what, Ortiz/Pratt, Vaughn, and Lara on the bench.  I would have PH for all 3

if Murphy can’t be smarter than this…
