I’m not quite 100% healthy [lengthy sickness] but I plan to tune in for tonight’s game … I enjoy following these IGTs while watching on a slight delay. 

I was 21 & in my junior year of college in 1982 when the Brewers last made the World Series. Hoping for a different result this year but thrilled with their season no matter the outcome. 

This has been a fun team to follow all year. While I love Woodruff, I’m not sure how I feel about Patrick not making the roster.

I honestly think the Rays are doing us a favor hitting Caminero cleanup.

That being said, watch him hit a grand slam now tonight that I said that.

Rasmussen is an ace, Freddy is very effective, and Martinez was 15-6. They're very, very good. Yeah, the big thing that jumped out to me was Simpson third. That seems surprising as an outsider. But hard to question either of these teams with time to prepare.

I wonder if Bauers second is just based on seeing pitches. If getting to the Rays pen in a goal, putting your guy most likely to put up a long AB in a first inning spot makes sense.

I was surprised Patrick was off but not that Woody was on. 

I wonder if Patrick being basically unable to start really hampered his case. If Woody can even be an opener, that gives him more flexibility.

It should be a nice evening for this game.  I was down at Froedtert today for my (semi) annual CT scan on my aorta.  The weather was beautiful down there.

I'll have to keep my blood pressure in check over this. 😊

I can't wait for this to kick off.

The series isn't over until one of these teams wins the 4th game. We don't believe the Brewers could rip off 4 straight if they started 0-3 (which they won't)? Of course they could. They're the best team in baseball over 162, and they'll be in this series all the way until it's finished.

I just finished a long day of teaching voice lessons and accompanying students for an event tomorrow. I’m waiting for my daughter to be done with musical rehearsal. It’s now hit me.  IT IS GAME ONE OF THE WORLD SERIES. THE BREWERS ARE IN IT! THE GAME IS IN MILWAUKEE!!! This is the most I’ve ever missed being in Wisconsin since leaving in 2008.

It is strange seeing pitchers strike out fewer than six batters per nine innings (Martinez). He also does not walk batters though.
