It was a loss in the 12th inning in a series we're up 3-0.

I don't feel all that 'humbled.'

I feel disappointed we didn't win it... YET.

3-1.

No two ways about it, it’s the absolute worst possible Brewer outcome that didn’t involve an injury. I still don’t think tomorrow is terribly stressful, but the Rays have life.

Tonight‘s game is an example of why I wasn’t thrilled to see Woodruff on the roster.

No offense, but you have to realize that we had the first out in hand. Completely changes the momentum and stress on pitchers.

We never recorded an out. We let a guy on a base then proceeded to get shelled repeatedly.

The fans and message boards don't affect the results

They do not, but if there’s ever a sports team that could have me ready to pop champagne because it seems inevitable, and then somehow systematically crumble over the next 4 games, that has been consistent with the Brewer experience my entire life.

The Rays were probably tired also and 101+ mph would probably feel even faster

Not going to sleep well tonight, we see it every year in playoffs when the clinch is there you put in your ace. Not even looking forward to tomorrows game, have that sinking feeling. Gah!!

Is it consistent with this team, though?

The Brewers offense doing nothing most of the night is the true culprit here, Your have to use your stud relievers just keeping a game tied is just not the path to success. Needed to score runs and they just couldn't do it.

I mean, tonight is probably a better example for not being thrilled to see Drohan on the roster.

Meatball after meatball from Drohan. I would have felt better if they stuck with Senzatela. Ortiz my gosh, just throw the dang ball.

I’d have rather seen Woodruff there instead of Drohan

And Patrick before either of them.  Not good rostering.

Why wouldn’t you want your cy young and ace to close out the World Series?

It was all set up perfectly. If he gave up a run pull him and go with Drohan etc

He F’d that up so bad.   Go for the kill shot.  You have to go for it.  Just Fn have to.   Drohan?  Are you kidding me?

Are the Brewers up 3-1 or the Rays? I mean it sucks but the Brewers are just better.

Martinez only threw 2 and the Brewers looked absolutely lost against him. He'll see the lineup once at least.

I'm not sure about Miz tomorrow, the mound looks like a nightmare and he hasn't looked great. That Woodruff roster spot is looking like a rough choice rn

Rough choice? A completely unnecessary and brutal choice.  Yep. Too many heart strings involved. Woody told you all when he chose to pitch last night in 10 run game. He didn't want to chance it tonight. Why have 13 pitchers but you can only pitch 10?

I wonder what the pitching plan is for tomorrow.

Do they start Misiorowski with only four days rest when he has been getting five or six for the last several weeks and has not been terribly effective even then.

The offense was pretty anemic tonight.

I rather lose with Miz and your best arm twice than try to close it with Drohan

I’m so mad they didn’t got to Miz to close this out.   So bleeping mad
