One, I think..and it rarely gets used. Wow, you guys are really in to condiments. Once in a while, I might use some ketchup.

Now, start a thread on how many different packages of cookies people have lying around...then we'll have something!

I have some BBQ from Mcdonalds thats it. I only have one mayo, and a couple salad dressings. That takes care of all my condiments in the fridge. My fridge is bare, I need to go shopping.

Unlike the mustard...I'm pretty sure I can commit to roughly 6-7 of these:

Sweet Baby Rays Honey, Brown Sugar and Regular

KC Masterpiece (the GF loves this one)

Secret Stadium Sauce

McDonalds packages - for some reason I have 3-4 of these just sitting there, and I have no idea why

I know there are a few more in there, but I can only think of these.

Secret Stadium Sauce

Aldi's Hickory Smoke BBQ

Some Chinese-type sauce

We need to get some more Bull's Eye as that is my 3 year old's favorite.

KC Masterpiece? Yuck. I especially hate those KC Masterpiece chips. Too sweet.

I didn't say I liked it...personally, I think it tastes terrible, but the GF loves it....so it's in the fridge....

On a side note, with opening day right around the corner, what do you guys put on your brats? Not asking how to cook them, just the toppings/condiments for them. For me...it's some Stadium Sauce or Sweet Baby Rays and a generous helping of heated saur kraut.

Sweet Baby Ray's original

Saz's original

Hunts Original (bleh)

This makes me think that I need to order some from Arthur Bryant's - I don't have enough!

Only one... Famous Dave's Sweet & Zesty. I'm a HUGE BBQ sauce fan and put it on pretty much anything, but I don't diversify too much. I'm also a fan of Sweet Baby Ray's and Big Bob Gibson's, but i'll take Sweet & Zesty whenever I can.

Come one some people on here have to be into making their own BBQ sauce?

Yup, I do. I make a couple different versions during the summertime. For pulled pork, I make a cider vinegar based mustard sauce. I'll make a stock tomato based sauce as well, but I'll never use ketchup as a base because it seems to influence the flavor too much. I also have different varieties I make for chicken and fish preparations. As a fall back though, if I'm too lazy to make one from scratch, I'll pick up Stubbs as it's good with just about everything.

One of my favorites for steak is off of the good ol' Food Network. Not mine originally, of course (though I do tinker with it a bit), but not out of a bottle: Balsamic BBQ

We've got 3 in the fridge and another 5 in the pantry. Anyone ever make their own?
This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

1) Secret Stadium Sauce

2) BW3 Carribean Jerk sauce

3) BW3 Honey BBQ sauce

4) gee that might be it off the top of my head. I'll edit this if I find more.

I usually have several, but never anything other than what's on sale. I've never met a BBQ sauce I did not enjoy.

I do usually have some sugar-free stuff around for the many coatings I put on my BBQ wings in the summer, as it does not burn.

Saz's, Sweet Baby Rays, and a couple diff Famous Daves flavors. Stadium Sauce is only for at the games. For brats I use brown mustard, fresh hungarians from Karl's: dry or w/ spicy brown mustard.

My wife takes the regular cheap, not so great BBQ sauces and doctors them up with flavor and spices. It's amazing. She learned to do it from her mom, and her mom makes amazing BBQ as well. We came across a sauce made by the same company that makes the brisket marinade that my wife likes to use. That needed no help at all. Good flavor and spice. I don't like the sweet BBQ sauces. Give me spice and zesty flavor any time of the day.
