He's off the 40, so who cares? Send him out for 50-60 pitches or until the rainstorm hits. It's looking like an 8pm ETA for the rain, so that's likely 3 innings which is all they need out of him.

This would be a great game for the Brewers to break their recent pattern of slow starts and put up 3-4 runs in the first 3 innings.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Looks like they'll be able to play until 9 or so, 90 minute delay, then back at it

 

How do teams deal with this for half their games? I get frustrated just with road series in Pittsburgh and Wrigley. I like taking the roof for granted.

Even Yelich's RBIs are a little tough to watch right now, but at this point take it how you can get it. Maybe something like that takes the pressure off and he can get things going.
