So I guess the 161 K were meant for this most recent moment then too?

Or is that not how these things work?

Has Adolis Garcia reached Cardinal-level douchyness?

Wait, is there a narrative by non-Astros fans that paints this guy as something less than a hero?

There you go, Phillies.  Burn Kimbrel down 5-1  in the 8th so that he's not fresh tomorrow.

Would love to see that burn them.  And, of course, keep the streak of Brewers opponents going to the World Series alive!

If you're wondering what impact a hitting coach can actually have... In Texas' case he can help you win a postseason series.

None of the remaining playoff teams have the mechanical quirks like the Brewers had. Pretty mechanically sound for the most part.

Just take pleasure in knowing that the Cardinals sold him to the Rangers.  Not even traded - sold.

Both of these series have been fantastic.  Road team has won every game in the ALCS so far and two of the NCLS games.

Extra funny with the road team winning every game in the ALCS is that Houston only ended up with home field dis-advantage by winning the division via tiebreaker on the last day of the regular season.

Extra, extra funny is that Houston had a losing record at home this season.

Congrats to the rangers.

Should be a good series no matter who they face.

Gamers. They show up in the big games in the big moments and don't constantly hit into double plays.

I can't stand players who throw a temper tantrum every time a pitch comes within a foot of their body. Shut your mouth and take your base. There's way too many players in baseball that do it nowadays.

I’m pulling for the Dbacks. However, I still had a stress flashback when they scored off a broken bat hit, like Carroll’s double in Game 2 in MKE

"Go ahead. Try to disagree with me. I dare you." Jeffrey Leonard.

And are 7-2 in the world series.  Damn I like those odds

If the Brewers don't win the division I should be banned. However, they will.
