Surely you've seen how many men we've been squandering at 3rd with less than 2 out for the last 800 or so years.

I was in Arizona last week, and after observing Hoskins play thought he was the textbook definition of someone who lumbers,

surprised they didn't have a hit and run at some point with 1st and 3rd

Or when the pitcher is t exactly throwing it near the plate often. Forcing Hoskins to swing at pitches a foot off the plate isn’t going to be beneficial.

Might as well do a straight steal.
