Don't tell the Mets but they actually have right handed hitters hitting back to back.

The horror...

It all started with the pitching change bro. Defense didn't help but bullpen being awful was huge part of this L.

Blocking you. Can’t stand your awful posts

I think pulling Peralta was fine. You need a shut down inning, Freddy was shaky.

Payamps just didn't have hit. He was getting torched. Chuorio makes a great catch, then makes a bad read. Then, Hoskins makes a great play, but Payamps is late covering.

Payamps needs to be better.

Disagree. No reason to take out a pitcher after 4 and 68 pitchers after retiring 9 straight. Maybe those balls aren't even hit in the first place off of Freddy. Somebody reaches, I don't question it.

Retired 9 straight while massively failing the eye test. 5 of the 9 were hard hit balls.

I have no faith in postseason games anymore…feels like we are going 0-2 and we are out of it. I really don’t see how the brewers always choke? I do not get it.

The reality is that the Brewers are almost always going to be the team with lesser talent and will need almost everything to go right.  It has not tonight.

Agreed, this is on OUR players.

It’s been the same song and dance since what, 2019? Our normally steady pitching melts down and our bats don’t capitalize.

Chourio just needed to catch that liner

They didn't even need everything to go right to win this game. They just needed to not screw up a whole bunch of things.

Mears actually made the playoff roster? Barring a big rally, may as well let him eat as much of the rest of this as possible.

It always feels like Brewers read the press clippings about how good the bullpen is so the manager can't wait to show it off. I still think about Hader in the third inning. 😕

Not a talent issue, top to bottom the Brewers have better players overall than the Mets. This is execution, the players made mistakes and didn’t seize the opportunities the Mets gave them.

Well, that would be a bunch of things that didn't go right, by their own hand or not.

3 strikeouts, popup to 1st, couple of grounders to third, comebacker to the pitcher. Yeah, hammered.

Who would have guessed Payamps and Ashby screw the pooch, and Mears gets the job done?

Come on. Chourio and Adames failed to make crucial plays. Don't make it complicated.

Yeah but let’s blame Murphy when if he would have left Peralta in the game the same people would be yelling at Murphy for leaving him in

I’m hoping they come back, but man this is deja vu when it comes to the playoffs.  Almost desensitized to this at this point.

Yes, disappointed but not surprised.
