Statcast says it was only a home run in 5 parks

Statcast only takes into account the actual distance and not factors like the wind.

Bauers has a better OPS than Judge. Just sayin'...

Darn. I jinxed him.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

I mean, this pitching situation is...not good. Someone's going to have to throw multiple innings out of the pen. I get "not letting Judge beat you," but, like, the dude strikes out a lot. Maybe avoid throwing a grooved fastball?

Levering is such a boob.

Says that after Chourio’s flyout it will take a Herculean effort to hit one out today.

Maybe hit them not so high and more down the lines.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

How many days rest do you think Bauers needs?

Getting real sick of this team continuing to pitch to Judge. Moronic at this point.

You are reading my mind!  Pitch around that guy.  Who cares if he walks??  He can't hurt ya without a bat in his hand.

This entire rotation is going to be on the IL by May from the constant whiplash of turning their heads around to watch the ball sail out of the yard.

Getting old awfully fast, miss the first inning and were already in a hole. A very much avoidable hole as well. Need this team to wake the hell up, players and their managing staff.

You know that a starting rotation is a disaster when a team schedules a bullpen day for the fourth game of its season. The home opener, no less.

then, when two of the three starters can’t get through more than a couple of innings, the bullpen is stressed even further.

It’s hard to believe that it was only three years ago that the Brewers had one of the best rotations in MLB backed up by two of the best relievers in the league.

Now they have nothing but question marks in the rotation and in the bullpen.

This could be the season where the formula that produced good records is not going to work.

The Yankees are able to crush balls all through their lineup. Our guys have a lot of weak contact.

This start of the season has sucked to watch.
