Just envisioning the arrival of healthy Woodward, Robinson, Knoth, Broughton and now we add two upside lefties? Drooling?

Over the moon with these lefties. And now you mention Woodward, my favorite stuff arm in our system. Wow, no words.

I’m curious to see what the bonus pool looks like. Funny that we took a NJ traits prep arm in the spot of the Levonas comp pick (a NJ traits prep arm) probably got a rock solid, great number can’t imagine it’s overslot

I can. IF we don't sign him we get no replacement next season as this is the pick given back to us from Levonas. I would be entirely unsurprised if we sweeten the deal to keep him in the fold.

It was risky of us taking a HS player with that pick, but I guess it wasn't as risky as passing on the guy you really wanted.

Isn’t it possible they already have an agreement with him to insure they won’t lose the pick? That would make sense to me.

Bauer and Appenzeller still on the board.  So are Mason Neville and Korbyn Dickerson.  At least one of those guys will get to the Brewers.

I would imagine at the very least they have an idea of what it will take to get him signed.

I have an absolutely unhealthy and unreasonable crush on Bauer. At this point, it just seems like he isn't signable?

MAN, another pick I LOVE. Man, these last three have me jazzed to the gills. He's 6'8". Unreal curve ball. Has a cutter already in the bag. Developing a change-up, I think? He's a massive man.

I think Morrison didn't pitch in 2024 either? Just seems like a young man ready to take off. 107 innings. 2.89 FIP. 25% K rate. Throws a ton of strikes. Only walks 5% of hitters. Seems like a guy with a ton of untapped development in here.

Missed 2024 because he had TJ surgery

Man, as a whole? I absolutely adore this day for the Brewers. Hard to complain given the shape of the player pool. Didn't see them heading this way (when do I ever see where they are heading in the draft) but love it.

I'm curious as to how the rest of the picks will go. None of these picks seem like the kind to strain the budget, so I imagine there will be some opportunities to splurge later on.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it here, but with all of our young arms we've drafted the past few drafts, do we see some getting moved at the deadline to improve the big league club? As it looks now, there are way more arms than rotation spots at A+/AA for next year.

I dunno about this last pick tbh... our track record with tall RHP named Jacob just isn't very good.

Also Miz and Morrison were a WWE tag team.

I'm seeing comments (not necessarily on here) that think that we will be way underslot overall on these picks. I guess I don't see more than a modest amount. I hope I am wrong.

We’ve done ok with the guys who throw 102…….

I think Fischer, Ebel, Morrison will all be underslot. Thompson will be somewhere near slot and I'd guess Cairone might be a little bit over slot.
