What are we thinking Misi for like 2/3 innings and Hall for 3/4?

I think we are waiting to see if the Cubs win or lose today.

To the people that think Ks aren't bad and that an out is an out: Cubs batters struck out for the last six outs when all they needed in the eighth was a sac fly or a ball in play to at least get the contact play on. Then, in the ninth, they got a one-out single and three Ks.

You hate to see it....heh heh.

Why would that affect our plans at all?

I suppose it would be a 7 or 8 game lead but since the Cubs just lost its an 8 game lead. So I'll play along,  Why didn't the Brewers announce their starting pitcher yet?

I don't think Miz can go off the IL until tomorrow since he was placed as of July 31. I can't recall a guy on the IL being listed as a starter.

I don't know, but it's definitely not because they were waiting on the outcome of that game.

Black or Seigler probably the DH.  Can't see Yelich playing left a ton even with the hole.  Black or Berroa for one, if not two games of the series.

Disappointing to see that Black has been pretty brutal since being optioned back to the minors. Murphy is really going to have to work his magic with Black and/or Berroa getting a bunch of playing time this weekend.

I think maybe a Daz Cameron call up again, he is by far the best outfielder in Nashville unless maybe Bauers again since he is the vet.

This is like using an anecdote of an inning ending double play with the bases loaded, as proof that in-play outs are worse than strikeouts.  You are misrepresenting their argument, which is based on aggregate data.
