This is another why last night was a waste. You don't know what you are going to get with spot start a ramma. You had a win in hand if you execute. Now you split at home against a last place team.

And have a 5 1/2 game lead in the NL central.

LOL did you see that play? Devers is hot garbage.

This is the first time this season the Brewers have had a whole week without an off day. They’re pitching depth is going to be tested like it hasn’t before

The pitching bailed out the mediocre offense in May. We’ll see if they can keep it up.

Seems like last night broke some people.

I think the breaking point was the first thing people went too after last nights debacle was “see Vaughn sucks”

That was strange.

Jung ho Lee would look good as an extra outfielder and bench bat. How much you want for him Buster?

Extra outfielder?

Bench bat?

Hell, he would be a starter for us, no ifs, ands or buts...

Thank goodness the Red Sox wanted Caleb Durbin. Imagine what this pitching staff would have looked like this year if we didn't have Harrison and Drohan

Well I guess a little less trust in Crow as an option going forward.

We don’t have any starters to trust at all after Miz and Harrison. Crow has done a nice job but it was never a super sustainable thing.

I’m okay if we need to have a little bit of a bad stretch. The organization has been largely complacent just standing pat on everything, even the weaknesses, because the wins have still come. It’s been clear that some roster upgrades have been needed at the lower spots on the 26 and maybe a few losses will give them some motivation.

This is why losing 1-0 last night matters. Murphy mismanaged the late innings horribly & now we get spanked today. Yuck.

Splitting the four games with a terrible San Francisco team is certainly disappointing. Borders on unacceptable.

I understand injuries to pitchers. Every team faces bouts of injuries at inoppurtune times. This is another reminder of how poor a decision it was to pay Woodruff $22M to be a mentor to young pitchers while spending the season in rehab & on the IL.

How awesome it would have been to invest that $ in quality bats on the left side of the infield.

But was looking at as another guy to trust to do the 4-5 inning thing though, not the traditional 'starter'.  Hoping add him to the up/down from AAA cycle on it to eat some innings.  The Patrick, Sproat, Drohan, Hall, Henderson types.  With how he looked and how legit his curve looked thought he could be in that group, not so much after today.  Hopefully Gasser's game yesterday is a good sign that he can. But as of now I don't love having to put either of them out there.

IDK, maybe with the need for a real starter right now they should revisit Hall getting back to be a somewhat normal SP (of course it'll take a few starts to get him up to 90-100 pitches though). See if one last try at that could work

I’m going to send the board posters here to Detroit.    Somehow we need them to convince them of the unbelievable value that Ortiz, Hamilton, rengifro, Perkins and frelick provide.    I mean look at our record.     I’d be ok packaging them all for skubal even it is for a rental

Turang took 3 strikes. How in the world does that happen? He needs a break. He looks terrible. Get an extension done right now!!

Brewers not picking up the ball today for some reason. SF can see just fine though.

Rengifo is not the guy you want up in a big situation.

We are finally paying a price for having bad players on our roster this series.

I get you don’t want to play a bunch of young players at once.   That makes sense.   We should have brought up one of the young guys and work him in.     So now you are finding out we have five guys who can’t play at all.    You can’t bring five guys up at one time.    Who knows at this point

When he swings, especially from the left side, his hands just seem to be all over the place.  It seems to be worse than others on the team.
