Rays are just better. 100% the harder team for us because of Rasmussen and Peralta.

Just a matter of if their offense can score enough to win.

Looking like it’ll be Tampa. Hindsight’s obviously 20/20, but they look scarier than LA right now.

Can’t say the Brewers didn’t deserve this or they got lucky having to face SD, LA and TB potentially

Guardians need to get this to game seven. Pitch Rasmussen tomorrow and bring Freddy to start Game 1 a day early

LA is def scarier than TB because of that rotation.

One thing that I’m not going to like about the Brewers playing in Tampa is the possibility that they will have some trouble following fly balls in their goofy roof.

It might not be as bad as the old Metrodome’s white roof, where the Brewers seemed  to lose a routine pop-up once or twice every series. I always thought it wasn’t a coincidence that the Twins won 8 of 8 World Series games in that park and lost 6 of 6 on the road

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I guess the Brewers lost the Willy Adames trade after all, Rasmussen has been the best pitcher in the postseason this year.

21 IP, 13 H, 3BB 23 K and 3 ER.

i’m kidding about “winning” trades but man Rasmussen has been something else for Tampa

How many reconstructive surgeries has he had since he pitched for the Brewers?

Rays-Brewers WS will be fire btw. Both teams playing great baseball and almost identical styles

Best AL team this year and Best NL team

Martinez and Jax aren't bad either.  Offenses are very similar.  I think the Brewers have the advantage with the bullpen.

I hope Brewer playoff Freddy shows up instead of this Freddy with TB.

Guards have let him off the hook a bit, too.

A couple of slow choppers where the runner at first read it very poorly. Watching our base running spoils a fan. One of those turned into a big-inning-killing double play.

Swinging at a lot of first pitches and pitches not even close to the zone also

Yeah, there are a few things that give me reason for optimism in thinking about the Tampa series. One is that the Guards haven't played well at all, their pitching is out of gas, and they still got two wins against the Rays.

Ya dodgers were not only scarier but they were just flat out better. Lots of people are acting like the dodgers were washed, but they won 100 regular season games, were playing well down the stretch, dog walked the braves, and as you mentioned the 4 headed monster of a rotation.

Tampa is good. I'm not taking anything for granted, but they are getting pushed by an 85 win team who barely beat the White Sox. That Yankee team they boat raced was good but a lot less scary without judge.

Let’s not downplay Tampa. I wouldn’t say winning a series in 6 is getting pushed all that hard. Cleveland won 2 because that happens in baseball sometimes. You don’t win 93 games and get to the World Series without being excellent. They are the best the American League could offer, no doubt.

Tampa is very good. So are we. It’ll be a fun series and we need to keep the same intensity that we brought to the NLCS.

The underdog in the World Series wins about half the time. So is there then really an underdog? We have to play our best.

The greatest trait of Pat Murphy is he never lets the team believe they're better than anyone else.  The team will come out hungry to prove themselves.
